- Fueling — gels, bars, drink mix, salt, real food.
Attach to checkpoints
The real value happens inside a plan. On the Gear step of the planner, you assign items to checkpoints:- What’s on you at the start — race kit, shoes, headlamp.
- What you swap at an aid station — fresh shirt, new socks, jacket on.
- What’s waiting in a drop bag — spare shoes, full battery pack, more fuel.
